Who we are

This site is operated by Maniac Sportz & Fitness Private Limited (CIN U93110MH2025PTC464102), trading as Maniac Sportz & Fitness, with its registered office at E-503, CTS No. 737/94, Village Oshiwara, Nr. Andheri Station, Veera Desai Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400058, Maharashtra. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person making a booking. Using this site means you accept these terms.

What you are buying

A booking gives you the right to use a specific court at a specific venue for a specific time slot on a specific date. It is not a membership, and it does not carry over if unused.

Making a booking

• You must be 18 or older to book. If you are booking for a group including minors, you are responsible for them.
• We verify your mobile number by one-time password. You are responsible for entering a number you actually control — booking confirmations and cancellation notices go there.
• A slot is held for you only once payment succeeds. Until then it remains available to others.
• The details you give us must be accurate. We may cancel a booking made with false details.

Prices and payment

Prices are as displayed on the slot at the time of booking and are payable in full, in Indian Rupees, at checkout. Full detail is on our Pricing page. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may cancel the booking and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Changing or cancelling

Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using the venue

• Arrive on time. Your slot ends at its scheduled end time regardless of when you start.
• Follow the venue's own rules on footwear, equipment, conduct and safety.
• Play at your own risk. Sport carries a risk of injury, and you are responsible for being fit to play.
• You are liable for damage you or your group cause to the court, equipment or premises beyond normal wear.
• The venue may refuse entry or remove anyone behaving dangerously, abusively, or under the influence. No refund is due in that case.

When we cannot deliver

Occasionally a court becomes unusable — weather, power failure, damage, or maintenance. Where that happens we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel costs or lost time.

Bookings made through partners

Some of our courts are also sold through third-party booking apps. If you booked through one of those, your contract for payment is with them and their terms govern the transaction. These terms cover bookings made and paid for on this site.

Your data

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your booking is the one published when you made it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered address have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
